It's getting worse for Nicola by the day. All those chickens are coming home to roost with frightening speed.
Today, 26 April, French Police announced that they raided Sanjeev Gupta's French businesses in relation to alleged financial crimes, money-laundering and what have you. Gupta, as we know, is head of GFG Alliance, an international conglomerate and an organisation already under investigation by the Serious Fraud Office in London for similar matters. It seems that international criminal investigations are now beginning to pile up.
Gupta is also the man to whom Nicola loaned some £600 million of Scottish taxpapers' money now up in the air - and who can ever forget the photograph of the smiling duo at the Village Hotel, Glasgow, on 07 October 2018 when Gupta gave a beaming Nicola a 'commemorative medal'? We have never found out what, or why, this medal was but we can proffer an extremely educated guess.
Funny that the Devil always finds his own.
